As part of the submission workflow, a title is locked after submission to ensure consistency after a title passes QC or is delivered to streaming services.
If you need to make changes after submission, please open a support ticket. We will unlock your title so you can make changes. When you are done, hit "Submit for distribution" so your changes can be reviewed. This can take 7 to 10 days, similar to the initial QC process. Once it passes, it's back in our marketplace.
If your title is already live on streaming services, we will submit a change request to each of the streaming services involved.
Please note: Changes on live titles are discouraged by most streaming services. Review your title thoroughly before submitting, and use change requests only in exceptional situations. Procedures, timing, and reliability vary from service to service. Don't expect changes done overnight, correctly or even at all. This is unfortunately beyond our control. Do monitor your live pages and respond to the ticket if changes don't happen within reasonable time, which can extend to several months.
