Yes, but it’s not an easy process. At the moment only Amazon and Vimeo have back ends that allow self-service update. Most other streaming services don’t encourage making changes once a title is live. If you really have to do it, here’s what you need to know.
- Updating your title in the Filmhub web app does not update your title on various platforms. Please email Filmhub support to specify the changes you need to make.
- If you are replacing any of the assets (videos, caption files or artwork), please make sure you upload them to our system before you submit a change request.
- Once we receive everything and QC approve the new assets (if there are any), we will submit a change request to each of the streaming services involved.
- Filmhub doesn’t guarantee that the requests get processed by all the streaming services within your desired time frame.
Another similar situation is an ongoing series/season. If you want to roll out your series/season episode by episode, it would basically require a regular update to a live title. Unfortunately, most streaming services only allow submission of entire seasons.
For now, if you have an ongoing series, we would prefer start working with your title when you have at least one finished season.
